    Ascension Marketing Providers is seeking motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join their team as a Client Service Representative. Training will be provided for all employees.

    Client Service Representatives play a crucial role as the voice and essence of the clients. They hold a highly esteemed position within the company, offering support and an enjoyable environment for learning various aspects such as client knowledge, company policies, communication skills, marketing presentations, customer service, and business strategy.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Updating existing accounts and setting up new customer accounts
    • Assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring proper follow-up
    • Informing customers about deals and promotions through the clients' portfolio
    • Analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
    • Acquiring business terminology to deliver marketing presentations

    No prior experience is necessary as the company focuses on organic growth and provides comprehensive leadership and training within the office.
