    We are currently looking for a high-energy, ethical, and motivated Administrative Professional to contribute to our growing and inspired team.

    Job Overview

    A successful candidate must be a self-starter, disciplined, very well organized, and possess a positive attitude regarding varied work duties. Must also possess excellent communication skills and an out-going personality.

    Job Description

    • Greet our clients as they enter the office
    • Assist clients with annual forms
    • Work with a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate individuals
    • Client contact for pickup and deliveries
    • Schedule appointments for clients to meet with partners
    • Complete projects tasks in a timely manner as most are time-sensitive
    • Scan documents as needed
    • Correspond with clients and coworkers via email
    • Enter client information and updates in our systems
    • File client documents and tax returns in appropriate files
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail
    • Ensure office is kept clean and orderly on a daily basis
    • Protect firm's value by keeping information confidential and maintaining client confidentiality

    Required Skills

    • Professional appearance, as selected candidate will be the first point of contact for the firm
    • Detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills
    • Self-motivated to meet deadlines and complete tasks without reminders
    • Courteous and professional phone skills
    • Comfortable working in a paperless environment
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently
    • Adaptable to change and ability to learn new skills
    • Basic knowledge of computers and willingness to learn new programs
    • Quality focused
    • Administrative experience in a professional environment preferred

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years administrative/customer service experience in a professional environment
    • Associates Degree
