We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (d/f/m) for our client Airbus Operations at their location in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, to start as soon as possible within the framework of temporary employment.

The client has indicated the possibility of permanent employment for suitable candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with business functions to understand their needs and develop a recruitment strategy for specific profiles
Determining the most suitable sourcing strategy, channels, and social media to identify and attract the most talented employees
Identifying and recruiting talent for the company (passive or active sourcing)
Creating attractive, compliant, and diversityfriendly job postings to advertise positions and review applications
Assessing the potential of applicants using the latest tools and technologies (video, tests, virtual reality assessment...)
Influencing internal and external communities and networks; staying active on job boards, social networks, etc. and leading the decisionmaking process for final candidate selection
Delivering results based on KPIs

You possess:

A degree in business administration or social/economic sciences
At least three years of experience as an HR business partner and in human resources (in general)
Relevant experience in recruiting
Proficiency in MS Office software
Fluent English
Experience in headh
