The Product Management team, part of the Technology department at Oldendorff, serves as the interface between business needs and technology solutions.

Our team empowers colleagues to make the most of the software solutions used in our offices around the world. We also act as the liaison between the Technology department and the Fleet department.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Supervise the Product Management team
  • Fleet
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to understand and prioritize their requirements and propose solutions
  • Assess existing solution landscapes from a technological and functional perspective and develop implementation plans
  • Evaluate and implement new software solutions in collaboration with the team, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives
  • Develop and enhance product management methods with the team
  • Improve and enhance our products through an agile and pragmatic approach
  • Coordinate a crossfunctional team
