POSITION SUMMARY:

Project Director/Estimator plans, develops, directs, supervises, and coordinates activities of workers, sub-contractors, and vendors engaged in cleaning and restoring of homes and businesses damaged by mold, fire, water, and asbestos.

As the Project Director/Estimator, you will:

· Develops and maintains a business relationship with insurance adjusters, general contractors, property managers and customers

· Estimating and project management for commercial and residential projects

· Reviews contracts and puts proposals together

· Serve as primary liaison between the customer and insurance carrier

· Manage all projects from start to finish while maintaining profitability and quality of work

· Manage and audit the assessment of all tasks needed per job

· Negotiates pricing with material vendors and expedite material and equipment purchase orders

· Assess and write an estimate for water, fire or construction loss as needed

· Build and lead teams to deliver superior customer services

· Coordinate daily work for leads and techs

· Ensure that all employees perform their job duties in a safe manner and that they take all reasonable precautions to avoid work related accidents

· Evaluate employee performance, make salary recommendations, and administer disciplinary actions consistent with company policy

· Assist on job as needed, such as setting up or monitoring equipment, minor demolition, etc.

· Complete proper documentation

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

· Must be customer driven

· Have a clean driving record

· Must have 5 plus years of experience in restoration

· Bachelor of Science Degree

· Certified in Mold Remediation

· Self-Motivated

· Must be available for emergency work after hours and on weekends including on-call shifts
