Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Conduct construction estimating and budgeting for projects
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors
  • Utilize construction management software to track project progress

Skills:


  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
  • Strong background in construction estimating and budget management
  • Excellent project coordination and time management skills
  • Knowledge of construction management processes and techniques
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
  • Familiarity with construction management software for project tracking
  • Strong understanding of contract negotiation and management

Pay:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
