Job Description
Job DescriptionEstimate, negotiate, secure, manage, coordinate, plan, and direct activities related with small commercial remodel, retrofit, and new construction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, coworkers, and field crews
Create the full estimate for plumbing, mechanical and HVAC on each project Negotiate and secure projects with customers
Perform buyout of materials, equipment, and subcontracts.
Perform project management duties for work secured.
Help build crews dedicated for small commercial work and then coordinate those crews to deliver work on landed small commercial projects
Monitor all project expenses with the goal of meeting or beating estimated values Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Five years of plumbing and/or HVAC field construction experience preferred
• Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Computer proficiency preferred, including MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid AZ driver's license required.
