, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior FP&A Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with 3-5 years of experience as a manager in a fast-paced environment
Role & Responsibilities
Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Provide
strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Develop and
maintain
financial models/analytics to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.
Strong business partner with senior leadership team to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
What we need to see from you
Bachelor's degree in Finance
, Accounting, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
3-5 years of experience as a manager with strong development abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency
in financial modeling and analysis tools.
Business Partnering Expert
Software and/or Service experience is preferred.
