Description

Well known Boston area non profit is searching for a Financial Analyst who can partner with the organization's operational leaders on fiscal matters.

The right candidate has 4+ years of experience of non profit finance experience including budgeting, forecasting and the month end close.

Knowledge of working in a grant funded organization is preferred.

Requirements:
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or Related

4+ years of experience working in a non profit finance department

Strong understanding of debits + credits

Budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience

Advanced Excel

Plus:
Grants or Grant funded organization management

Netsuite
