    Financial Analyst

    Responsibilities:
    As a Financial Analyst supporting the Project Development and Finance team, you will:

    Develop and manage financial models for projects in development, undergoing refinancing, and those the company is selling equity shares or considering acquiring.

    Contribute to the creation of information memorandums, management presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials as required.
    Collaborate with the development team to identify and manage inputs to project financial models.
    Evaluate potential acquisitions through leveraged and unleveraged cash flow, NPV, and IRR analysis.
    Review and analyze financial data of considered projects, identifying issues and opportunities for informed decision-making.
    Research recent project finance transactions to identify market trends, pricing strategies, debt levels, and best practices.
    Assist with ad hoc tasks and perform other duties as directed.

    Qualifications:

    To excel in this role, you should possess:
    A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, accounting, or a related field.
    Minimum three years of experience in M&A, project finance, accounting, or financial modeling.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including mastery of complex formulas and macros.

    Proven ability to create and maintain financial models for both conventional and renewable energy financings, with expertise in tax equity and power purchase agreement (PPA)/hedge modeling.

    Preferred knowledge of ISO/RTO energy markets.
    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    Quick learning capability and effective problem-solving skills.
    Ability to thrive within a matrix organizational environment.
