- Lead the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, reporting any variances and proposing corrective actions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures to secure the integrity of financial transactions and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial control or accounting position, preferably in the financial or project management sector.
- An understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial reporting, and experience with financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Familiar with the following tools: SAP, Clarity PPM, Smartsheet, Wave, and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial management.
- Proficient in accounting software and systems, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve financial operations.
