- Collaborate with Senior Finance Manager on current process for billing, including create billing schedules.
- Review and reconcile schedule billing with the vendor.
- Thoroughly research and follow up on billing variances from budget to actuals, collaborating with program leaders and team members to gather relevant information.
- Assist Senior Finance Manager with the department budgeting process.
- Create monthly billing as needed.
- Assist with and begin to oversee billing process
- Review and complete financial reports, including variance analysis
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement within Finance processes and procedures
- Work to create documentation and develop appropriate standard work for the billing, auditing, and reporting processes

Under the direction of the Director of Financial Planning and in collaboration with the Senior Finance Manager, Financial Analyst will provide assistance in management of the financial activities of the Education Programs.
This position must be able to work independently, research, and solve problems that have a significant impact to financials and its strategic plan.
Financial Analyst shares responsibility for the operational effectiveness within the department.The Financial Analyst will:
