    Description
    Operations Analyst - Investment Management

    Salary Range:
    $80,000 - $110,000

    About Us:


    We are working with a leading investment firm in Dallas, TX, managing a diverse portfolio of assets for our clients.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Operations Analyst to join our growing team.

    Responsibilities:
    Support investment professionals with trade execution, settlement, and portfolio accounting.
    Analyze and reconcile investment data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, developing and implementing process improvements.
    Maintain strong working relationships with custodians, brokers, and other counterparties.
    Prepare and review investment reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    Assist with regulatory compliance reporting and adhere to firm policies and procedures.
    Participate in the ongoing development and optimization of investment operations systems and workflows.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    Minimum 2-4 years of experience in investment operations, preferably within a Big 4 accounting firm or similar financial institution.
    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with investment accounting software (e.g., Advent Geneva, BlackRock Aladdin) a plus.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong teamwork abilities and a willingness to learn new skills.
