    Description

    Title: Financial Operations Analyst

    Location: Dallas TX

    Duration: 3 Months contract

    Additional information:

    Responsibilities:

    1. Serve as a resource for standard financial reporting and analysis to ensure compliance with fiscal policies. Represent fiscal matters to division staff and management.
    2. Ensure timely maintenance and distribution of financial and statistical reports to facilitate workflow and communication.
    3. Perform analysis and participate in special projects, providing technical and accounting expertise.
    4. Assist in preparing annual capital and operating budgets, prepare and review special budget reports, and monitor budget vs. actual results monthly.
    5. Review reports and general ledger transactions, analyse financial and statistical activities, and report variances to finance leadership and division executives.
    6. Monitor and reconcile contractual arrangements and petty cash balances, facilitating corrections as needed.
    7. Monitor accounts receivable and revenues, ensuring timely recording and collection of balances due.
    8. Provide financial analysis support for healthcare management as requested.
    9. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.
    10. Maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines, develop effective internal controls, and seek advice as necessary.
    11. Stay updated on finance and accounting developments, integrating new knowledge into work practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fiscal management and/or accounting
    • Experience with major financial applications software
    • Advanced computer skills including spreadsheet, database management, and word processing software
    • Healthcare industry experience strongly encouraged
