We are currently seeking a full-time
REFA specialist / estimator (m/f/d)
to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating preliminary cost estimates
  • Determining and providing data for preliminary cost estimates
  • Maintaining work plans and subparts in SAP
  • Computeraided time determination using the data collection device Multidata and Datapac
  • Preparing the determined time values using the programs Meza and Plazet
  • Planning and optimizing production processes and workstations
  • Defining, creating, implementing, and maintaining remuneration principles
  • Determining and maintaining business key figures

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in time determination and REFA techniques
  • REFA basic training parts 1 and 2 are advantageous
  • Affinity for ERP systems, SAP R/3 knowledge is advantageous
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
  • Team orientation and reliability
