Support in the design and review of contracts and amendments
Enforcement and defense of claims against third parties (Contract & Claim) in the areas of private construction and architect as well as engineering law within the framework of the regulations of the German Civil Code, VOB/B, and HOAI
Support in the review of defect situations as well as the assertion and demand of securities (retentions and guarantees)
Preparation of internal notes, expert opinions, and decision templates
Support in the implementation of a digital contract management system for documenting contract-related documentation as well as deadline notation and tracking (Digital Construction File)

First state examination in law
First knowledge or demonstrable interest in the mentioned areas of responsibility
Good MS Office skills
Good English skills in spoken and written form
Ability to clearly and precisely understand and present complex technical, economic, and legal issues
Good communication skills and independent work style
