Research Associate (d/m/w) - Salary Group 13 TV-L Berlin Universities - 1st Qualification Phase (for Doctorate):
Part-time employment is possible if desired.

The empirical research at the Chair of Strategic Leadership and Sustainability Management examines questions of leadership and collaboration from a sustainability perspective based on a behavioral science theoretical foundation.

A focus of the research is on the topic of collaboration in changing and challenging work environments.

Job Description:

Completion of a doctorate in the subject areas of the chair
Independent development and implementation of own empirical research projects
Writing of international publications
Participation in the development of courses
Independent organization and implementation of teaching
Supervision of students and final theses
Support in acquiring thirdparty funding
Support in transferring research findings into business practice

Expected Qualifications:

Successfully completed university degree (diploma, master's or equivalent) with a relevant focus (business administration, psychology, industrial engineering, etc.) with excellent results (applications from candidates who will complete their studies soon will be considered)
Strong theoretical knowledge in the areas of leadership, collaboration and/or sustainability
Extensive experience with scientific methodology
Experience in designing empirical research projects
Excellent analytical skills
Proficient in standard office applications
Very good German and English skills (teaching at the chair is conducted in both languages)
Interest and ability to independently conduct research projects in the subject areas of the chair
