The marketing coordinator will support the marketing department with the planning and executing of marketing initiatives such as product launches, content marketing, events, social media, email, and marketing analysis.
The coordinator will work closely with sales, internal support groups and vendors to align on marketing strategy and deliverables. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.Support marketing day-to-day operations.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Successfully work in collaboration with others.
Assist with advertising and email campaigns, internal publications, social media, etc.
Assist in creating materials used for proposals, correspondence, presentation materials, recruiting, and reports.
Research and maintain data in support of various marketing campaigns.
Assist in the coordination of special events.
Assist with maintaining event, department, and social media calendars.
Other related duties as assigned or needed.
Education, Experience, & Training
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in marketing or related role.
Proficient in marketing software tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing solutions, content, and project management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
Ability to travel as necessary.
