Choice Home Warranty is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Coordinator with a "can do" attitude. This position is based out of our Edison, NJ office, no telecommuting option available.

Marketing Coordinator with content creation experience
Location:
Edison, NJ- Onsite Position
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with daily and monthly sales reports.
Assist with ad-hoc analytics and reporting requests of sales team activity.
Interface with outside sales team to fulfill marketing or administrative requests.
Write content to post on website blog and distribute through newsletters.
Create marketing materials such as emails, social media posts, and flyers.
Manage certain administrative tasks, such as uploading contact files to CRM.
Execute marketing requests from sales team, such as helping with automated CRM functions.
Report on sales team activities within CRM.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field.
Excel experience is a MUST – pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, macros.
Creative design experience in Photoshop, Canva, or otherwise is a plus.
Ability to think on your feet and multi-task.
Math and analytical skills are required- you will be working with large data sets to help identify business opportunities.
Applicants must have great communication skills- you will be interacting with a large remote sales team, as well as the team here.
