    We are a mission partner supporting DoD, Intelligence, and Civil space customers. We develop complex radiation effects mitigated designs that balance competing requirements in modern space programs, delivering cutting-edge solutions that enable our customers to achieve more in space.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    PM4 Program Manager is responsible for the Cost, Schedule, and Customer interface of 1 or more flight programs. Very little management guidance is provided to a PM Level 4. Must be experienced in managing programs of a technical nature, and Program Management of at least 2 complex, multi-CLIN/Contract Type program for a complex technical/Space application is required. PM4 provides training to lower-level PMs as well as influence the way programs are managed across the organization. A PM4 may have management responsibilities for a lower level PM. A PMP certification is required.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

    Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree.


    • Strong financial management and planning skills


    • Strong MS Office skills, specifically Word, Excel, Project, and Power Point:

    • Excel – Establish and maintain budgetary baselines, track actual expenditures, forecast future costs
    • Project – Establish and maintain a project schedule to show critical path, tracks customer and internal milestones, identifies time phases of resource needs, can be used for reporting internally and externally
    • Word – Creating and updating documents for delivery to the customer, provide to subcontractors for direction, and respond to internal requirements for documentation
    • Power Point – Creating presentations for project status, design reviews and other meetings both internally and externally


    • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills in order to clearly and effectively convey issues, status reports, risk assessment, quality management, data validation, and interface with a highly technical engineering and leadership staff

    Earned Value Management

    Familiarity with manufacturing in an electronics environment a plus

    Must be a U.S. Citizen
