Your role:


As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and success of the store, together with the Store Manager.

You will promote team spirit and inspire employees as a role model. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the store and its staff.


Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading, organizing, and motivating the entire store team
  • Regularly rearrange product displays according to guidelines
  • Always focus on customers and sales
  • Coresponsible for inventory management and reordering
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns with the team
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Lead by example in efficient management of inventory, cash handling, storage, and pricing
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Store Manager
