Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with data maintenance, coordination and monitoring of appointments, follow-up on appointments, and creating proposals.

In addition, you will actively promote our product and service portfolio to customers in the sales area of the branch.

Your profile Successfully completed training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d) or as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) Relevant professional experience in inside sales in the freight and logistics industry or industrial sector Proficient in MS Office products Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is desirable Excellent customer orientation and high service and quality awareness Organizational skills and goal-oriented work style Confident
