As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a Technical Purchaser for the Facility Management / Real Estate department (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Offenburg


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the technical procurement process for markets, production facilities, and logistics operations within the scope of Facility Management
  • Procuring maintenance and service contracts, repairs, and investments
  • Leading the initial implementation of technical procurement in the organization and IT system landscape
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies
  • Supplier management, quality assurance, and handling of complaints
  • Collaborating with locations and departments to create bids
  • Drafting, negotiating, and monitoring contracts, as well as conducting annual discussions
  • Central management of supplier relationships and contracts.
