We are looking for Telephone Customer Service Representatives, Call Center Agents m/f/d in the field of online automotive portal in Cliffside Park, NJ.

As a Telephone Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent m/f/d, your responsibilities will include:

Tasks:

  • Contacting private customers by phone and confirming previously scheduled appointments
  • Conducting proactive customer satisfaction surveys
  • Providing telephone customer service by answering calls and resolving customer inquiries in a serviceoriented, efficient, and timely manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, such as cancellations, feedback, and questions

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you have previous experience in the automotive industry (but it is not mandatory)
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are good at dealing with people
  • You set ambitious goals and have high standards for the quality of your work
  • You have excellent German language skills and are comfortable working on a computer
