Your tasks as a childcare worker:
- Implementation of the pedagogical concept in coordination with the daycare center management
- Building a partnership with parents through regular handovers and development discussions, as well as joint celebrations and events
- Providing children with space and incentives for their own experiences
- Supporting young children on their path to independence

- Successfully completed training as a childcare worker (m/f/d), ideally with professional experience in the nursery sector
