Your tasks will include:

Assisting with customer service at ticket vending machines
Supporting and assisting customers with operating the ticket vending machines
Helping customers select desired tickets and seat reservations at the machine

We are looking for:

A helpful, customeroriented personality who enjoys interacting with people and can handle different situations well due to their strong communication skills
Experience with digital media
Very good German and basic English skills
