    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

    • Manage local interaction with Eclipse ERP tool and monitor Eclipse Queues, sales management tools, and other software resources
    • Provide field assistance to branch locations, engage in training with associates on Operations Tool utilization
    • Offer Eclipse system support to field teams, conduct weekly reviews of branches, and identify areas needing assistance
    • Work collaboratively with branches to improve profitability, productivity, and cash flow

    What is Required (Qualifications):

    • Previous experience using the Eclipse/Solar ERP Platform
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
    • Ability to work collaboratively, train others, and maintain documentation
    • Strategic planning and organizational skills
