    Our publisher account management team is hiring a new Senior Account Manager, who will oversee a book of enterprise level relationships with key media partners. This role will focus on managing and scaling existing partnerships, as well as bringing in new large scale opportunities. This person will work on strategic projects with various stakeholders and teams across the organization to deliver results in a fast paced environment. You will be adept at negotiating and communicating with both internal and external teams. You will develop deep relationships with partners and grow accounts in a high-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You will lead technical integrations, design custom marketing solutions and experiences, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented problem solver, able to deliver results on tight deadlines.Responsibilities
    • Oversee and scale a book of enterprise, executive level relationships with key media partners
    • Scale new and existing partnerships to meet revenue and margin targets in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-visibility business unit
    • Provide support and manage day-to-day activities of existing accounts; reporting, performance feedback, billing reconciliations, campaign setup, testing, etc.
    • Analyze publisher performance and provide recommendations to maximize yield
    • Lead technical integrations, design custom marketing solutions and experiences
    • Work cross functionality with various stakeholders internally and externally
    • Effectively and professionally represent QuinStreet and its products

    Requirements

    • 4-6 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in financial services/banking marketing
    • Foundational understanding of banking and wealth management products
    • Hustle, a strong work ethic, and a desire to win are an absolute must
    • Sound persuasion and negotiation skills; ability to build trust, rapport via telephone and email
    • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
    • Demonstrated experience attaining or exceeding revenue targets
    • Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize activities appropriately to maximize results
    • Strong technical aptitude, ability and desire to learn quickly
    • Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
    • BA/BS degree required in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or related field
    The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $125,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits#LI-REMOTE.

    Flexibility for occasional travel to different offices or events is essential to fulfill the duties of this role. This may include attending meetings, conferences, or training sessions, as well as collaborating with team members or partners in various locations. While travel requirements may vary, candidates should be prepared to engage in occasional travel as needed to support business objectives and foster professional relationships.
