    Job Description
    Manage personnel in worldwide locations to perform semiconductor marketing support roles.
    Interface with planning, sales, quality and management teams for manufacturing expedites, returns, cancellations and other logistics functions.
    Manage sustaining customer requests for marketing including product support and new device requests.
    Provide tactical pricing inputs per management direction.
    Manage development of key business unit reporting metrics including weekly, quarterly, product and financial reporting
    Support short- and longer-term forecasting, and provide inputs for quarterly reporting.
    Provide marketing support functions for legal and third-party including hardware development, NDA, licensing, tools and software development.
    Update and maintain department budget inputs and reporting.

    Requirements/Qualifications
    BS in Engineering or Business
    Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering management or marketing
    Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing process, and processes that make up that business.
    Expert-level use of spreadsheets and general MS Office tool suites
    Familiarity with Tableau, JIRA, Teams, Sharepoint and similar collaboration tools
    Full time availability in Chandler, AZ Microchip site
    Ability to manage and interface to diverse teams in time critical environments.
    Self-starter and willingness to create improved data analysis, projections and recommendations based on this data to various management levels.
