    Description
    Our large construction client is currently hiring for a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Philadelphia. This individual will be acting as the PM overseeing multiple public sector renovations across the city.

    This individual will be responsible for overseeing all project management duties from an owner's rep perspective including, upstream administration, managing client meetings/project meetings scheduling and budgeting.

    This individual will be onsite at the construction sites, so additional responsibilities include site walks and safety meetings.

    This individual should have a background on multi-million-dollar public sector construction projects such as renovations or ground up builds of recreation centers, libraries, municipal buildings, parks etc.

    5+ years of public sector construction experience

    Design/build Constuction management experience

    Experience with critical path for construction scheduling

    Microsoft office suite and excel skills.

    Experience running client meetings, overseeing budget and scheduling
