    Job Title: Employment Attorney (management-side)

    Package: $150,000 – $220,000 Basic Salary + Bonus

    Location: New York Head Office (Remote working flexibility)

    Role Overview: In search of a talented Management Side Employment Attorney to contribute to the success of an award-winning, mid-sized law firm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Expertise in employment law and employee relations, including recruitment, training, management, and termination.
    • Ensuring compliance with wage and hour regulations.
    • Handling discrimination and harassment complaints, as well as accommodation for individuals with disabilities.

    Requirements:

    • 2-5+ years of experience in Employment Law.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in drafting documents and strong communication abilities.
    • Experience with wage and hour cases, management-side matters, and single plaintiff laws.
