    Description


    Working effectively as part of a multigenerational trial team, this Associate role will represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment or other claims.

    The Associate will work on arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, researching and advising on labor and employment-related statutes and related litigations.


    The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills, excellent research, writing and analytical abilities, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a law firm setting.

    Prior experience in Labor and Employment is required.


    Our client firm is seeking an Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience representing employers, municipalities and others in management-side labor issues and litigations, to add to their busy and successful team.

    Compensation includes a salary of 130K -160K plus a bonus and a robust benefits package. This is an opportunity to collaborate with a team of subject matter experts and gain valuable, foundational career experience.
