    We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter to join our team

    MUST BE BILINGUAL TO SUPPORT OUR SPANISH-SPEAKING EMPLOYEES AND CANDIDATES.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for recruiting efforts including job postings, applicant tracking, screening, interview scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
    • Conducts onboarding activities to ensure newly hired employees are appropriately oriented on company policies, procedures, and company culture.
    • Maintains current employee digital files and conducts periodic file audits.
    • Manages applicant tracking system and recruiting files.
    • Assists HR Manager with the facilitation of compliance training.
    • Assists HR Manager with benefit enrollment meetings and updates.
    • Assists with event planning and celebrations
    • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience:

    • Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3 or more years of related work experience required.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Experience working in an HRIS.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
    • Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Clear understanding of sensitive issues and diligent management of confidential information.
    • Bilingual Required

    Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am-5pm
