We are a family-owned, local business that provides high-quality dry cleaning, wet cleaning, and laundry service to the Omaha metro area. We are searching for an enthusiastic, creative, and highly reliable customer service superstar to be the face of our company and create a fantastic customer experience.**

**Qualifications**

**As part of the Customer Service team at Fashion Cleaners, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, check-in orders, help resolve customer complaints, and maintaining store appearance. You will also be accountable for meeting predetermined KPIs, tracking customer orders, and customer retention.**
