If you are looking for a company where your input is always welcome, your initiative is rewarded and where your contributions will shape the company's future - that's JJEWe are looking for a talented Process Engineer The Process Engineer manages the process interface with product and is responsible for the process design and implementation solving methodologies to eliminate down time and decrease quality defects to the customer.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Product Interface

Interface with the design engineering regarding follow-up of the product conception: from the acquisition phase till SOP (+ 6 month) whenever necessary
Ensure manufacturing process feasibilityProcess design
Define cycle time in line with takt time and standard operations
Establish manufacturing routines
Release manufacturing process documents
RPN reduction initiativesProcess implementation
Define production equipment specifications
Training operators on robot interfaces, HMI screens, process build and tear down.
Interface with controls engineering and maintenance as required
Follow-up production equipment build
Conduct equipment reception process
Capitalize on lessons learned and provide best practicesEngineering change management
Follow-up prototypes build
Update manufacturing routinesContinuous improvement
Process productivity analysis
Implement improvements action plans
Manage production equipment performance
Ensure full respect of EHS rules and regulations.
Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the companyExperience and SkillsRequired Skills/Abilities:
Strong communication skills - ability to interface with other functions - and work with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Auto CAD and robot programming
Ability to read and interpret product and assembly process prints
GD&T knowledge and statistical process control (SPC)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be very knowledgeable in Process and Manufacturing methods
Must be able to complete PFMEA, control plans, job instructions, tool routings, standard work, recommended spare parts, and preventative maintenance

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering or equivalent relevant technical experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
