About the Position:

This role involves managing Travel and Procurement support.

About the Department:

The US Procurement team oversees procurement, vendor risk, and travel management for the US and Mexico City offices.

Responsibilities:

Oversee travel service provider and support employee travel in line with internal policies.
Manage various services including employee credit cards and subscriptions.
Handle contract review and monitoring for third-party vendors.
Support the maintenance of vendor/contract databases.
Assist in vendor onboarding and due diligence processes.
Participate in vendor and global service meetings.

Qualifications and Competencies

Undergraduate degree
3+ years of work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Strong analytical skills, excellent organization, proactive mindset, ability to manage priorities effectively
Experience with Contract Lifecycle and/or Vendor Management systems is a plus
Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a bonus

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
