What to expect:


  • As a young construction manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for independently managing the construction execution in terms of deadlines, economics, and quality
  • You ensure coordination, correspondence, invoice verification, technical monitoring, and evaluation of subcontractor services
  • You are responsible for deadline, cost, and budget control
  • You also take care of personnel planning and management
  • Your responsibilities also include monitoring occupational safety and environmental regulations

Your foundation:


  • You are a civil engineer (m/f/d), preferably with a focus on civil and road construction, or a construction technician (m/f/d) with comparable knowledge
  • You have user knowledge in constructionspecific IT applications, ideally ARRIBA/iTWO
  • You convince with independent and resultsoriented work, complemented by leadership skills
