Located in Westminster, OH, our nursing service employs around 250 staff members to provide treatment care, basic care, household services, and support services to over 750 clients in the Tempelhof/Schöneberg, Lankwitz, and Neukölln areas.

We also manage several senior living communities, including those specializing in palliative, intensive, and respiratory care.

We are currently seeking a Payroll and Financial Accountant who is looking for a new professional challenge and interesting tasks in a forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with payroll and financial accounting
Recording and categorizing ongoing business transactions (receivables, payables, bank, cash, etc.)
Reconciling accounts
Managing open items and collections
Preparing reports
Assisting with yearend closing
Supporting employee payroll processing
Handling certification processes
Assisting with all necessary reports for health insurance, professional associations, tax authorities, etc.
Creating and maintaining personnel files in accordance with data protection laws
Drafting employment contracts
Assisting with all personnel matters
Managing direct insurance policies
Handling business correspondence

Qualifications:
Applicants must have one of the following completed qualifications:

Completed commercial training with experience in payroll and finance, further education as a financial and payroll accountant, or equivalent qualifications
