Your responsibilities:

  • Procurement of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and operating supplies
  • Ensuring timely and quantitycompliant material deliveries
  • Support in article and inventory management
  • Assistance in supplier management
  • Invoice verification and handling of complaints from a commercial perspective
  • Contact person for national and international suppliers as well as internal departments
  • Conducting price and condition negotiations
  • Coordination between procurement, production, sales, and warehouse
  • Ongoing project tasks in the commercial area

Your qualifications:

  • Commercial education or business administration degree, first practical experience in procurement desirable
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a strategic approach
  • Assertiveness, communicative and teamoriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking
  • Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • IT skills (MS Office, ERP system, ideally Infor Com)
