- Assists prospective and enrolled students in a virtual setting, utilizing services such as Zoom, live chat, text, phone, and other collaboration tools.
- Greeting individuals, identifying their needs and referring them to campus experts
- When needed, provide translation for Spanish-speaking individuals directly or in consultation with campus experts
- Actively participate in training experiences and other related duties assigned
- Ability to work remotely with access to reliable internet for regular video conference activities

Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-1pm Up to 20 hours a week.
SALARY:
$18.00 per hour, non-benefited position, up to 20 hours per week.
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The part-time clerical assistant will serve remotely as a key information source for prospective and enrolled students to North Shore Community College.
As part of a team, the clerical assistant will present information on a variety of topics daily through the virtual front desk.
Student Affairs clerical assistant will participate in training activities.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
