Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
  • Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding our Firm's expert services
  • Assist with office management duties, including maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and conference room area
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Skills:


  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 Professional
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Familiarity with legal receptionist duties is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Professional phone etiquette with clear verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of office management procedures

Job Details:


Responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, scheduling conferences with existing and new clients and guiding prospective clients through the new client enrollment process.

You will also be responsible for sorting and distributing mail, conference room management, filing, copying, scanning, and ordering supplies.

You will be working as a member of a cohesive team of professionals and will assist the paralegals and attorneys as needed.

You may need to travel to the post office, FEDEX, UPS, and the courts which require a valid driver's license and vehicle.


Skills:

You must have office experience, be meticulous, have excellent organizational skills, communication skills and present a welcoming and professional demeanor.

You must be able to communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, various professionals, court personnel and families in crisis.

You must be familiar with Microsoft 365, virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and be able to learn our office management systems, including Clio.


We are a fast-paced Elder, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Probate, Special Needs, MassHealth & Real Estate Firm located on Route 1, Saugus, MA.

We occupy the second floor of the Eastern Bank Building in the same plaza as Marshalls/HomeGoods. Business attire is required.

Starting salary:
$ $20.00 per hour
