    The **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist** oversees the tools and systems of our enterprise CRM platform. The role is the subject matter expert on the capabilities of the platform and on employing those capabilities to grow customer relationships. The CRM Specialist uses the platform to enhance the customer experience through automated, personalized marketing communication. The CRM Specialist provides information and data to the organization to better understand customer needs and preferences.

    **What you will bring to Fay:**

    Builds, tests and deploys automated marketing campaigns

    Monitors campaigns to ensure the goals and objectives are achieved

    Manages the intake of new marketing content and maintains a searchable index of approved content

    Distributes leads to sales staff on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis for outbound telemarketing

    Conducts data quality reviews

    Acts as a subject matter expert for the CRM platform

    **What you will do for Fay:**

    Associates degree; Bachelors Degree in Marketing preferred; High school diploma/GED required

    1-3 years of experience operating a CRM or Lead Management system (Total Expert and/or Velocify preferred)

    1 + years of experience in financial services (mortgage, insurance) or real estate brokerage desirable but not required

    Experience in using CRM platforms to create automated customer journeys based on customer demographics, behavior or preferences

    Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable ROI

    Has employed content management practices and tools to maintain a library of content that is both up to date and easy to search
