What the job entails:

Taking on the SAP Key User function for the SD module in the Global Customer Care department

Optimizing and re-designing our processes in service order management, clarifying procedures with all relevant interfaces, testing and implementing processes, and managing international rollouts

Training employees at the Leica headquarters and in the Customer Care departments of international sales companies
