The Child Protection Association, local branch of Bad Pyrmont e.V., is a politically and denominationally independent, non-profit organization and provider of free youth services. Since its founding on March 26, 1979, it has been committed to improving the living conditions of children, youth, parents, and families in Bad Pyrmont and the surrounding area.

Our mission statement is the binding basis for our daily child protection work. It formulates what the Child Protection Association stands for and what we aim to achieve. These shared ideas connect our members, our volunteers, and our employees in all local and state branches.

  • Counseling and support for families, children, and youth in their social environment
  • Assistance with parenting questions; organization and implementation of parenting courses "Strong Parents, Strong Children"
  • Organization of the "Accompanied Visits" task area
  • Visitation counseling
  • Crisis management, recognition of child endangerment
  • Initiating further steps; involving other support systems
  • Preparation and participation in care planning processes
  • Collaboration with offices and authorities, network-based cooperation
  • Recognize and live by the Child Protection Association's mission statement
  • You have a degree in Social Pedagogy Diploma/MA or Special Education Diploma/B.A./MA
