Under general supervision, this position is responsible for setting up, packing up, configuring, operating, and maintaining Satellite Terminals (fixed and tactical) and associated assemblies.

The role also involves providing technical assistance and training to users for the program.

Responsibilities:

Install equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to repair equipment using standard test instruments and hand tools.
Communicate with customers, coworkers, or supervisors to provide instruction on equipment operation and configuration.
Collaborate with unit coworkers to resolve complex system operation and maintenance issues.
Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for improvement.
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and technical studies.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have an active Secret US Government clearance

Note:
US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret level of clearance.

Must be able to obtain/maintain DoD Top Secret security clearance once hired (US citizenship required no dual citizenship).
Must be able to achieve and maintain Germany Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) with a bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR an associate degree or major certification and 7 years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma and 11 years of relevant experience, augmented by ongoing academic/technical/military training and/or
