Facility Manager with Heart (m/f/d) wanted for Mediapolis, IA
Do you want to lead and manage a kindergarten while still utilizing your pedagogical skills?


We are looking for a facility manager (m/f/d) for our Rainbow Kindergarten starting on January 1st, 2023 or later, with a weekly working time of 35 hours or more.
Do you enjoy shaping and initiating change processes as part of a management team?

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing the facility, as well as taking on associated responsibilities and tasks
  • Managing the staff
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the concept
  • Planning the curriculum
  • Building a constructive partnership with parents
  • Ensuring observation and documentation of educational and learning stories

Your qualifications:

  • A successfully completed vocational training as an educator or a comparable qualification
  • A desire to actively shape and make a difference
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Previous experience as a deputy facility manager is desirable
