Job Description:
The Einstein Toolkit Group at LSU, led by Dr. Steven R.
Brandt, invites applications for a Postdoctoral researcher to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge research in numerical gravitational physics using the Einstein Toolkit and CarpetX.
We are looking for a scientist who is willing to take a leading role in developing new code for the Einstein Toolkit infrastructure, contributing new modules, tools, and research relevant to the platform.
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.
D. in Physics or related field with experience in numerical general relativity.
Preferred Qualifications:
An experienced C++ programmer who understands numerical general relativity and particularly the CarpetX framework.
