- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the staffing needs of the boutique event and catering group.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Implement innovative recruitment methods to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts and potential candidates.
- Provide support and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within the restaurant or hotel industry.
- Strong background in human resources, with experience in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on achieving hiring goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
