- Assist Estimating Team with bidding
- Work with Estimating Team to Evaluate & Select Subcontractors
- Acquire Building Permits
- Write Contracts and Purchase Orders
- Create, Maintain and ensure Adherence to project schedules
- Manage daily project progress and lead & coordinate with Superintendent, Subcontractors, Architects & Owners and attend project meetings.
- Address site & unforeseen Conditions and evaluate for RFIs & Change Orders.
- Manage the Submittal process
- Create & Maintain RFI, Submittal, and Change Order Logs
- Ensures proper Safety procedures on the job site including proper PPE use.
- Oversee close-out process including O & Ms, Inspections, etc.
- Create an amicable relationship with all.
- 4 Year Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 10 Years of Experience in Project Management
- Massachusetts CSL & OSHA Certification
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project
