What tasks will you have?

  • You will be responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring the entire project in the field of civil engineering/infrastructure projects.
  • You will analyze the individual phases and conduct feasibility studies.
  • You will select suitable suppliers, service providers, and personnel based on your budget and required measures.
  • You will plan, procure, and distribute tasks effectively.
  • You will ensure compliance with project planning and cost calculation.
  • You will manage the project process and refer to individual steps in risk management.
  • You will act as the interface and communicate with all stakeholders and our renowned clients, negotiating contracts.

What should you bring?

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or similar.
  • Specialization, training, or further education in project management.
  • Performance profile and remuneration according to § 9 AHO.
  • Relevant experience in planning and controlling construction projects with reference to construction law (HOAI, AHO, VOB & VgV).
  • Proficient in using office applications and good knowledge of MS Project or similar tools (Trello, KanbanFlow, etc.).
  • Affinity for controlling and technical knowledge.
  • Fluent or proficient German language skills.
